Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION
Teyolia Style cannot guarantee a delivery date and once a package has left our warehouse, we do not have any control over it. Teyolia Style is not liable for missing packages due to errors on the customer or carrier’s part. Also, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to processing time that is different from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our facility by the applicable carrier. Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order.

Offer is valid only on orders $65 or more placed online at teyoliastyle.com for standard U.S. domestic orders. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping (priority & express) and shipments outside of the United States. Free standard shipping will be applied automatically at checkout; no promotion code is needed. Offer is subject to changed by Teyolia Style without notice.

SHIPPING FAQ
Can I change the delivery address after I have already placed my order?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please double check and ensure your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order.

What if my package was lost or stolen?

Teyolia Style is not liable for lost, stolen, tampered with, or carrier delayed packages. Please contact the carrier with the tracking number.

What if my package was marked delivered but I still have not received it?

If you didn’t receive your package, please follow the steps below:

  • Verify that the shipping address provided is correct. If the initial address providedwas incorrect, your package will most likely be returned to our facility andprocessed as a Return To Sender.
  • Look around the delivery location for your package, as the order may have been left in an unusual location.
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery, such as a family member, roommate or neighbor.

Check in with your local post office, as packages are often held there for pick up.Teyolia Style does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or store credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Do you ship to APO/FTO/PO Boxes?

Yes, Teyolia Style will ship to APO/FTO and PO Boxes via USPS. However, please note priority and express shipping are not available to APO/FTO and PO Box.
